PRESIDENT

Scott Schiff is an attorney that is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Scott has owned and operated Schiff & Associates, Co. LPA for over 35 years. The firm handles injury cases in Ohio. Scott is also the managing member of Schiff Properties, which is a family owned real estate development company. During his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

JARED SCHIFF

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jared Schiff oversees all day to day operations within the collections business. He has been in the business since 2007 and has led multiple automations and efficiencies that help the team accomplish higher returns for for clients. In addition to working in the collections business, Jared also serves as Vice President for Schiff Properties and sits on the Special Improvements District Board for the Ohio State University while being an active member in the community.

ZACHARY L. SCHIFF

CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

Zach Schiff is an attorney that is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Zach primarily focuses on civil litigation. He is also active in real estate development with Schiff Properties. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

When our team of collectors don’t obtain voluntary payment during the Pre-Legal Collections phase, our attorneys will file suit to obtain judgment on your accounts. Once judgment has been awarded, we’ll file legal remedies to garnish the funds directly from your debtors.
